Ganan Sivayoganathan
Ganan Sivayoganathan qualified as a Solicitor on 1st July 2015. Ganan practices various areas of law including Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property, Immigration and Asylum, Civil Litigation, and recently Criminal Law.
Ganan predominantly deals with residential conveyancing and commercial properties with a particular focus on leases for small businesses.
Ganan also specialises in Sri Lankan asylum cases at all stages including the First-tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and Court of Appeal with a very high success rate. He has also conducted numerous Judicial Review cases.
Recently, due to a personal interest in the subject area and a high level of client demand, Ganan has undertaken criminal casework both at Magistrates’ and Crown Court level. He is hoping to complete his Police Station Qualification which will permit him to advise clients for all types of offences at the Police Station.
